What this website collects, and what we are once you become a customer.
Two different things live on this page. What sovfleet.dev itself collects when you fill in a form, which is small. And what SovFleetis, under the DPDP Act, when it processes data on a customer's behalf once you are running a fleet, which is a different question with a different answer.
This website
What sovfleet.dev collects.
The demo form
Name, work email, company, an approximate GPU count, what you currently run, and anything you type in the free-text field. Used to reply to you and to prepare for the call. Not used to enrol you in a sequence, and not sold or shared with anyone outside SovFleet.
The capacity calculator
The calculator itself needs no form and collects nothing. If you choose to email yourself the results, we collect the address you gave and the configuration you built, so we can send it and so we know the feature is used.
That is the complete list. There is no tracking cookie, no advertising pixel and no consent banner on this site, because nothing here needs one. We use Plausible for aggregate, cookieless page-view analytics; it does not identify you and does not cross-reference with the form data above.
We have not yet published a fixed retention period for demo requests or calculator captures. Ask at founders@sovfleet.dev and we will delete yours.
Once you are a customer
Two different roles under the DPDP Act.
Filling in the demo form makes SovFleet a Data Fiduciary for the contact details you gave us, the ordinary sense in which any company collecting a lead is one.
Running a fleet is different. The prompts and responses that transit our gateway belong to your organisation and, very often, to your end users. For that data, you are the Data Fiduciary and SovFleet is a Data Processor acting on your instructions. We do not decide what is collected, why, or who it is shared with, that is your determination to make, and our data-flow inventory exists so you can make it with the facts in front of you rather than a guess.

Your rights
Access, correction, and erasure.
As a data principal under the DPDP Act you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it.
For anything this website collected directly, name, email, company, the free-text field, write to founders@sovfleet.dev and we will act on it within one working day of hearing from you, the same commitment we make on every other reply from that inbox.
We have not yet appointed a Grievance Officer under the Act. Until we do, the inbox above is the contact for any privacy request.
If your data reached us because your employer is a SovFleet customer, the fastest route is usually through them, since they hold the relationship and the export controls described on the security page.
Who else touches it
Subprocessors.
The infrastructure providers and services this site and the SovFleet platform rely on, by name and by function, are available on request rather than published on this page for now. Ask and you will get the list before the first call.
